Chinese Chicken Noodles Perfect for Children

A very easy recipe, chinese chicken noodles perfect for the children at home. Easy and quick to make. It has lots of healthy vegetables which makes it more nutritious to consume. All the sauces makes it more tasteful. You can even reduce the spice when making it for the children. The juicy chicken added to it makes it more yummy. The egg noodles for this recipe is more preferable as it adds a good taste to it. You can even pack it and carry where ever you want as it will perfectly fill the stomach. It will be more tasty when it is served hot.

All the ingredients which we need are written down with the quantity required. So lets begin with it.

Chinese Chicken Noodles

Ingredients for chinese chicken noodles:-

To  Marinate:-

  • Chicken- 200 gm
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar- 1 tsp
  • Water- 2 tsp
  • Oil- 1 tsp
  • Corn flour- 2 tsp

For Noodles:-

  • Egg Noodles- 500 gm
  • Oil (As per need)
  • Cabbage- 60 gm
  • Carrot- 40 gm
  • Capsicum- 40 gm
  • Spring onion- 40 gm
  • Spring onion stalks- 4 to 5 (To garnish)
  • Salt
  • White pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar- 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce- 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly sauce- 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly sauce- 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger and Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
  • Schezwan sauce- 1/2 tsp


  • Take a cutting pad, cut the chicken breast in to medium thin slices.
  • Take a bowl, put 2 spoon water than add salt, white pepper powder, vinegar and oil. Mix it well and add the sliced chicken to it, marinate it for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Take all the vegetables, cut them into thin slices and keep it aside.
  • Take a medium pan, put 1 liter water in it, once the water gets boiled add the noodles in it, let it cook well. Once it cooks well drain out the water from it. Cool down it with the cold water. Add 2 spoon oil to it so that it doesn’t get dried.
  • Take out the marinated chicken add 2 mashed eggs and corn flour in it and mix it well.
  • Take a pan, add oil to it and put the chicken in it, cook it well than keep it aside in a bowl.
  • In the same pan add more oil than add spring onions and ginger and garlic paste to it, stir it till turn golden in color. Than add all the other vegetables and stir them till they mix up with each other.
  • Add all the sauces, vinegar, salt and white pepper to it. Also add the chicken and mix it well, cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Once it cooks than add the noodles to it and give it a good stir till it gets mixed with all the ingredients.
  • Take a serving bowl, Put the chinese chicken noodles in it and garnish it with spring onion stalks.
