In Add argument filed: enter below line

/Namespace:\\root\default Path SystemRestore Call CreateRestorePoint “Startup Restore Point”, 100, 7

5 create new action in windows 10

Then Ok

Go to the Conditions section

De-select or uncheck “Start the task only if the computer is on AC power.” Then Ok

6 disable task when low power

Now you may be need to enter system administration password for save new schedule.
