Solution 2: Uninstall Updates
Google Play Services app can’t be uninstalled, so the thing you need to do is to uninstall the updates of Google Play Services. By this, the app will be reset to default, and by this, your phone will be forced to update it automatically. Follow the steps given below to uninstall update:
Step 1: Open the Settings.
Step 2: Open the Application Manager.
Step 3: Click on Google Play Services, under All apps option.
Step 4: Click on the three-dot icon available at the top right corner.
Step 5: Select the Uninstall Updates option.
Step 6: Restart your device.
After 5 mins open Google Play Store and other apps. Google Play Services will be updated, and all the apps will function properly.
Solution 3: Disable Google Play Services

Step 1: Open the Settings.
