Ingredients:-
Black Raisins- 1 cup
Gilder Raisins- 1/2 cup
Dried Blueberry- 1/2 cup (optional)
Chopped fruit candy- 1 cup
Beaten eggs- 2 large
Brown sugar- 200 grams
Butter- 60 grams
Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Ginger powder- 1/2 tsp
Cloves powder- 1/2 tsp
Water- 240ml
All purpose flour- 200 grams
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Method:-
– Take a medium size sauce pan, put raisins & blueberry into it and to that add the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger & cloves powder, salt, butter & water, give it good stir.
Once it starts boiling and gets a bit thick, switch off the flame and keep the pan aside. Let it cook down till it is Luke warm.
– Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Take a loaf pan, grease it with some melted butter, put a paper sheet in the bottom.
– Put the fruit candy and beaten eggs into it, mix it well. Take another bowl put all purpose flour and baking soda into it, Wisk it together, Than put the mixture into the sauce pan,
Give it good wisk, once it is blended well put it into the loaf pan.
– Bake it in the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes. When it cooks well, keep it aside to cool down till 30 minutes than demold it and serve your best Plum cake.
